We do not provide refunds for any payments made for our Software as a Service (SaaS) product. All payments are non-refundable.

Subscribers have the option to cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Access to the software will continue until the end of the current payment tenure.

No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.

The cancellation will be effective immediately, and no further charges will be incurred.

3. Cancellation Process:

Subscribers can cancel their subscription directly from their company admin login. Once logged in, navigate to the subscription settings and follow the prompts to cancel the subscription.
