We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Male/Female) to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth by promoting the company’s products/services. This position is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, persuasive, and target-driven.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients via Online or Offline.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep records updated in CRM and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.
