A Client Success Executive ensures clients achieve their goals with the product. Key responsibilities include onboarding and training, building strong relationships, advocating for client needs, monitoring client health, resolving issues, and exploring upsell opportunities. They also maintain documentation, provide proactive communication, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in client success, account management, or customer service roles, preferably in the software industry.
  • Familiarity with software products and technologies; ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, support, and product teams.
  • Must have vehicle and driving license.
